Thomas G. Klopack - Chief Executive OfficerFormerly: President and CEO of Automedics Medical Systems, Inc.; President and CEO of IntelliDOT Corp; CEO of Aclara Biosciences; COO of Aurora Biosciences Corp. Tom Klopack joined Skylight in July of 2011. Mr. Klopack's background includes 35 years of experience in various strategic and operational roles with leading edge, rapid-growth technology companies, in more than 20 industries. He previously served as the CEO of Automedics, a medical device startup focused on improved IV drug delivery. Before arriving at Automedics he was the President and CEO of IntelliDOT Corporation, a startup in hospital point-of-care medication delivery information systems. Prior to joining IntelliDOT, Mr. Klopack held management positions in biotechnology as the COO of Aurora Biosciences in San Diego, and most recently as CEO of Aclara Biosciences in Mountain View, CA. Prior to moving to San Diego, he spent nearly two decades in various domestic and international roles at Raychem Corporation in the Bay area. Mr. Klopack holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |

Carla Hilts, MS, RN, CEN, PMP - Chief Clinical OfficerFormerly: Executive Director and Practice Leader of Clinical Consulting Services for McKesson Provider Technologies; Clinical Consulting Manager at First Consulting Group Carla brings to Skylight more than 30 years of experience in clinical practice and nursing leadership roles with a variety of hospital organizations including University Medical Center and Lake Mead Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada in addition to Kindred Hospital in San Diego, CA. She was formerly clinical consulting manager at First Consulting Group and most recently Executive Director and Practice Leader, Clinical Consulting Services for McKesson Provider Technologies. Carla's clinical practice and leadership career has been acknowledged in Who's Who in American Nursing for several years. Carla holds a B.S. in Nursing from University of Nevada, Reno and an M.S. in Nursing Administration from University of St. Francis, Illinois. |

Jack P. Fitzpatrick - Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President of OperationsFormerly: Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration, Discovery Partners; Fund Raising and Financial Development: Broadband Innovations, Inc; Diatok, LP; and Pacific Data Products Jack Fitzpatrick is a senior financial executive with 20 years of experience in a broad range of finance, accounting, strategic planning, human resources, information systems, and other administrative areas. With 15 years of experience with emerging growth companies in a variety of industries, he successfully addressed the management challenges of rapid growth. Jack has a proven track record in the financing activities of startup and rapid-growth companies including IPO's, venture capital financing, licensing agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration with Discovery Partners (Nasdaq: DPII), he raised $29 million in private equity funding, completed five acquisitions valued at $60 million, and completed a $103 million IPO. Prior to Discovery Partners, Jack worked with companies such as Broadband Innovations, Inc., Diatok, LP, and Pacific Data Products where he was responsible for developing the financial infrastructure and fund raising. Jack earned a B.A. of Applied Mathematics and a MS in Computer Science at Harvard University where he also received his MBA in Finance. |

Rick G. Holbrook - Chief Technology OfficerFormerly: Vice President/Managing Director at Cerner Corporation Rick Holbrook is a senior healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in R & D, Engineering, System Integration, Implementations and Quality Assurance. Before joining Skylight, Rick worked as an independent healthcare consultant with various HCIT suppliers, major healthcare organizations and information technology groups. Prior to this, Rick worked nearly 20 years as a Vice President/Managing Director at Cerner Corporation with responsibility for various organizations including Application Architecture, Product Management, Usability, Release Management, Foreign System and Medical Device Integration and Offshore Development. Rick was responsible for developing the first bi-directional medical device interface, launching Cerner's first non-clinical Access Management enterprise, creating an open access object layer for 3rd parties to develop interactive solutions on the Cerner platform. During his tenure, he was also responsible for several security, patient privacy and bedside patient safety patents. Rick holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Computer Sciences and Psychological Profiling and also a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas. |

Scott Johnson - Vice President of SalesScott Johnson brings over 18 years of healthcare experience in both sales and marketing and business leadership to Skylight. Prior to joining Skylight, Johnson held positions at CarePayment as Vice President of Sales, at A-Life Medical/A-Life Hospital (acquired by Ingenix) as Vice President of Sales and at Philips Healthcare as Director of Sales for Healthcare Informatics. He held a variety of other sales management positions within Philips and Hewlett-Packard’s Healthcare Solutions Group (acquired by Philips Medical Systems in 2001). Scott also worked in the clinical domain of radiology and cardiology and brings a strong understanding of the clinical environment along with his business background. |

Darrell Atkin – Director of MarketingJoining Skylight in January 2008, Darrell brings proven experience in marketing, branding, positioning and selling interactive technology products & services into large-scale healthcare, corporate, public sector, and consumer markets. Most recently, Darrell was the president of The Launch Pad, a rapid deployment marketing communications firm serving a select group of clients in the healthcare technology arena. Prior to the Launch Pad, he was VP of Marketing at iMetrikus (now called Numera Health), a healthcare technology company that was among the pioneers in the development of personal health records and remote patient monitoring. Before joining iMetrikus, Darrell was Director of Marketing at WebSideStory (acquired by Omniture) and had previously served as director of marketing & communications for Excalibur Technologies (now known as VerticleSearchWorks). Darrell is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of New Mexico through its General Honors Program. |
