Under his leadership, Parrish Medical Center continues to rank among the best in the nation relative to CMS core quality measures, patient safety and patient and employee satisfaction. Mr. Loftin has significantly reduced nurse vacancy and turnover rates. Mr. Loftin earned his Master's of Business Administration degree from East Carolina University and his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Atlantic Christian College in Wilson, North Carolina. |

Sheri Hawkins, RN, MS, MBAVice Chair, Skylight Clinical Advisory Board; Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer; Shawnee Mission Medical Center - Shawnee, KS Sheri Hawkins has been with Shawnee Mission Medical Center since 1998. Prior to coming to the Kansas City area, she worked for Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Loma Linda, CA, in a variety of leadership roles including Administrative Director of Nursing, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Manager, and Education Specialist. Sheri is a registered nurse who earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of La Verne, a Master’s of Science from Loma Linda University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern College. |

Ron Dziedzicki, RN, BSN, MBSkylight Clinical Advisory Board Member; Chief Support Services Officer; Diatok, LP; University Hospitals Case Medical Center - Cleveland, Ohio Ron came to UH-CMC as the Vice President of Medical Surgical Nursing in 2001. Ron was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for the Health System in 2003. Under his leadership, he guided the organization through its Magnet Journey, culminating in attainment of Magnet Recognition in 2006. In June of 2006, Ron became the Chief Support Services Officer at UH-Case Medical Center. Ron is a Brigadier General in the United States Army Reserves and serves as the Deputy Commanding General Mission Support Element for the 3rd Medical Command. He currently serves on the board of directors for the American Red Cross and the Greater Cleveland Health Association. Ron graduated from Ursuline College with a BS in Nursing in 1981, received his MBA from John Carroll University in 1992 and received his Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, PA. |

Marilyn Dubree, RN, MSN, NE-BCSkylight Clinical Advisory Board Member; Executive Chief Nursing Officer; Vanderbilt Medical Center - Nashville, TN Ms. Dubree has been at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since 1976. Since her arrival at VUMC, she has held positions as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Director of Surgical Nursing, Director of Operational Improvement, Associate Hospital Director and CNO and her current position as Executive Chief Nursing Officer. She also serves as associate dean for Clinical Practice for Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. Under Ms. Dubree’s leadership, Vanderbilt became the only Magnet designated medical center in middle Tennessee. Ms. Dubree earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, her Baccalaureate degree from the Medical College of Georgia and her ADN from Western Kentucky University. |

Carla Hilts, RN, MS, CEN, PMPSkylight Clinical Advisory Board Member; Chief Clinical Officer; Skylight Healthcare Systems - San Diego, CA Carla brings to Skylight more than 30 years of experience in clinical practice and nursing leadership roles with a variety of hospital organizations including University Medical Center and Lake Mead Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada in addition to Kindred Hospital in San Diego, CA. She was formerly Clinical Consulting Manager at First Consulting Group and most recently Executive Director and Practice Leader, Clinical Consulting Services for McKesson Provider Technologies. Carla’s clinical practice and leadership career has been acknowledged in Who’s Who in American Nursing for several years. Carla holds a B.S. in Nursing from University of Nevada, Reno and an M.S. in Nursing Administration from University of St. Francis, Illinois. |

Sharon Lewis, RN, BSN, MHASkylight Clinical Advisory Board Member; Chief Nursing Officer; Glenwood Regional Medical Center – West Monroe, LA Sharon has enjoyed several years in nursing with ten years in nursing management, including eight years as a Chief Clinical Officer/Chief Nursing Officer. Sharon is a member of ANA and AONE where she served on the publication committee in 2009. Sharon has been a Clinical Instructor at Tulane University and a member of the Speakers Bureau. She is a published author in Nursing Management and MGMA Journal. Sharon received her Bachelor’s in Nursing from University of Maryland, and her Masters in Healthcare Administration from Tulane University. |

Kevin L. Meek, RN, BA, MHISkylight Clinical Advisory Board Member; Chief Nursing Officer; OASIS Hospital - Phoenix, AZ Kevin has been around healthcare since an early age as a “candy striper” and decided to continue in healthcare by becoming an RN. His experiences include Trauma ICU, Emergency Room, Trauma Room, and Post-Surgical units. He has been an advocate for patients and their families as a bedside RN, as well as an advocate for his staff as a charge nurse, director and now as Chief Nursing Officer. Kevin earned his Master’s in Healthcare Innovation from ASU and is one of a small few in the nation to have this degree. Kevin is a recipient of Skylight’s “Service Excellence Award” in recognition of his exceptional support as a strategic partner, driving excellence both within his organization and throughout the Skylight family. Kevin hopes to continue to challenge the innovation and collaboration of healthcare advances specifically as it relates to the daily operations of nursing practice. |

Gwynn Perlich, RN, MSN, MBASkylight Clinical Advisory Board Member; Vice President Patient Care Services, CNO; St. Vincent Carmel Hospital - Carmel, IN Gwynn has worked for St. Vincent Hospital system for 29 years, the last 10 years in executive leadership positions, and the last 5 ½ years at St. Vincent Carmel Hospital. Gwynn sits on the board of directors for Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives and is past president of CIONE. Gwynn received her Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and her Masters in Nursing Administration from Indiana University. Gwynn lives in Zionsville, IN with her husband, and a variety of animals. They have two children, Nicholas and Anna. |

Karie Ryan, RN, MS, BSNSkylight Clinical Advisory Board Member; Chief Clinical Informatics Officer; Health First - Melbourne, FL Karie has worked for Health First since 1997 in several nursing leadership roles including most recently serving as the Vice President of Nursing for Palm Bay Hospital, one of four Health First hospitals in Brevard County. Karie received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She also holds a Master’s of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Healthcare Informatics from the University of California-Davis. Karie is passionate about Nursing and is excited to be working in the field of informatics, seeking new ways to improve the healthcare environment for both patients and clinicians. |
